The Sevak Llp — I am complaining about nanny hiring agency

I had hired a agency(the Sevak) for nanny to look after my baby. Apparently this a fraud agency with no physical office. Nanny did not show up and she promised to send a replacement even she did not come. Paid 17k in total and now agency is not even picking the calls.
