The Shopping Bazaar — fake website

I got this site through instagram. Don't know why this social sites are faking people. I ordered a product from this site on 31st aug and they said only prepaid orders, so paid online. And received a call that my product will be delivered on 17th september but till date did not receive the order. I made a mail on the site they are not responding, calls are getting switched off. I also replied to the mail which they sent saying that order was accepted and will be processed. But still no response. I need my money back. Or else going to raise a complaint in police.
