The Silvertech Solutions — misleading people and harassment without reason

I got a call on 11th september 2019 from silvertech solutions regarding form filling job. They sent me a job agreement mentioning that i have to complete 600 forms in 6 days (Agreed to start work from 14th september-2019 to 19th september-2019) and i will get rs 35 for each form. I will get salary for form filling work. The salary may vary from inr-18, 900 to inr-21, 000.

I send my aaadhar card copy as executive requested. I signed an agreement with my photograph and digital signature, for the work and whatsapp to silvertech solutions.

I followed all instructions of the agreement. As per the agreement i started work on 14th september-2019. I completed and submitted 126 forms on 14th and 15th september-2019. But i faced login problem on 15th september at night. I tried to call on customer care number which was provided by executive at the time of registration. But it was an invalid number.

I complaint regarding invalid number and login problem on 16th september-2019 at morning. They provided another number mentioning that customer care number which they provided at the time of registration, stopped the working.

I contacted the new provided number and complaint regarding login problem. They told me the process to solve the login problem and i followed the same but unfortunately login problem was unsolved. I made several attempts to resolve the login problem and i continuously followed the executives but i did not get any solution. The agreed date 19th september, passed and the work could not completed because of login problem, which is not my fault.

I called up the executives who attended the call was tremendously rude and not ready to listen to anything. He threatened me for a legal case.

I received a call on 21st september (Saturday) from one person. He told me that his name is rahul kumar and he is an advocate. He asked me to pay maintenance charges and penalty. If i will not pay then he will send a legal notice for breaching the agreement

This is the way the silvertech solutions is running the business and earning money by deliberately fooling the needy people who wants to earn something more by working from home.

This is complete fraud practice this company is running. Please take strict action against them. This company should be shut down on an immediate effect and legal action should be taken against them.
