The Spares Company (mkp Group) — Fraudulent and Threatening Behaviour

I'm sharing the original Consumer Grievance Redressal Complaint sequentially.
Part 1: I purchased the product from The Spares Company website on 4th March, '22. The product was delivered on 11th March, '22 by Delhivery Courier.. After unboxing I found out that the product is slightly different from what I ordered and is incompatible (The Screw positions are different although appearance is almost identical. The part numbers in outer packaging and inner packaging don't match each other either. Since It's a Hero branded product, I expected to get a fully sealed packed product but unfortunately the actual product packaging inside had no seal unlike what is usually indicated by Hero as genuine parts. I'm sceptical about the item and it's definitely different item and also I've concern about whether it's genuine or not. I've the unboxing video and images which I'm ready to provide in future since this grievance has no option to submit video . I want to return the item and want refund. Thank you (Dated: 12/03/2022)

Part 2: :As per the previous Grievance (Number : 3349603), The Spares Company finally arranged for pick up and refund process and the pick up was scheduled through Delhivery Courier service (Behalf of iThink) and the tracking Number was [protected]. The product was about to be picked up by a pick up agent by from Delhivery. One the day of pick up, I got a call from PA that he'll be busy so that I've have to drop the parcel in shop near their office from where he'll pick it up when even he gets time because he had a busy schedule on that day according to him. So I did it without any hesitation. The PA also told me that there was NO PICK UP VERIFICATION needed from company side. At the end of the day I got an sms that the pick up has been completed which indicates that he picked up the parcel. I dropped the parcel witch out doing any packing as per their instructions since they will be responsible for the packing of the parcel. And the parcel didn't have company genuine seal either. After one week when the parcel was successfully reached to their warehouse, the refund has been issued on the very same day. But later after that day, today I got a message from them via whatsapp regarding a Police complaint that they are now falsely claiming that I did a fraud which I absolutely didn't even the initial complain was about getting wrong Item, even after successful pick up and return.They could deny return if they are unable to provide services as promised. There is no such reason for this kind of post pick and refund harassment. My points are 1) They doesn't have any legitimate return option in their website so that I had to talk to him regarding this matter in an unofficial way. Their return option in the website is broken. 2) Despite of return of such a costly item, they didn't set a pick up verification and a receipt of so that ensures proper pick up of the parcel. 3) The parcel wasn't picked up from me directly since the PA told me to drop it in a specific shop. 4) The Spares Company is repeatedly threatening me about police complain and demanding the original amount without any investigation throughout the entire shipping and return process. 5) I was willing to co-operate with them regarding this matter but they didn't provide me any complain document or help. All they are doing is to blame the entire liability to me. I've been doing online shopping since many years but never experienced this kind of harassment. I AM READY TO CO-OPERATE WITH THIS INVESTIGATION ABIDING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT . Of course I need cooperation from The consumer court and the company itself. Please get me out of this issue. I'm only agree to pay the amount if I can find myself guilty with sufficient enough proof, not because of someone's threats. I am willing to co-operate as much as my capacity. Thank you.
