The Summer Shops — Product not delivered after full payment and executive not responding

I had placed an order for a butter yellow 3D strapless dress and paid in full on August 14, 2025. The delivery is scheduled for August 25, 2025 and I was informed that once I complete the payment, I would be given a receipt and order confirmation message.

However, today is the 8th day since I placed my order and I have not received any updates regarding the placement of my order. My messages are being left on seen and nobody is picking up my calls. This is utterly unprofessional and is causing me major stress as I want this outfit for my sister’s wedding (as was communicated to the executive) and I have paid for it in full.
