The Times Group — subscription cancelled but refund money not credited even after 50 days

I have cancelled my subscription dated 16-Feb-2024. I have provided all the information like Bank Details, Cancelled cheque copy to the team.
I am still waiting for the refund amount to be credited to my account.

Although i have followed-up N-number of times, still the team is reluctant to reply or provide with exact details.
