I am writing to file a complaint regarding a Powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner (Order No. TCS203654) that I purchased on a Cash On Delivery (COD) basis on June 2nd, 2024. The product was delivered on June 5th, 2024.
Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner is not functioning as advertised on YouTube. I am quite disappointed with the performance.
I have made several attempts to contact your customer service department to address this issue. I called the phone number provided ([protected]) and sent emails to [[protected]@thecleanstor.com] on multiple occasions, but I have not received any response despite following up several times.
Additionally, the return address provided (E-202, Sector-63, Noida, UP, 201301) is incomplete and lacks essential details for a safe return. This makes it impossible for me to return the product at this time.
Given the malfunctioning product and the lack of response from your customer service department, I kindly request a full refund of Rs. 1199 for the vacuum cleaner directly to my bank account.
