The Week — Irregular delivery of weekly magazine and irresponsible explanation from local marketing personnel | |||||
I have been a regular subscriber of The Week magazine. A local person used to deliver the issue every week. But for the past several months, I am not getting my weekly issues on time. In spite of alerting the local marketing person, the delivery has been very irregular. Today I called the local marketing person. He was very rude and was addressing me in singular in spite of me being very polite. He even went to the extent of saying that who the hell l I am to question him. I had made it very clear to him when I renewed my subscription recently, that, I would like to get the magazine every week by post. But the local marketing man had different ideas. Or it may be the directions of the Media company. A local distributor was given the responsibility to distribute the magazines. Unfortunately, the problem is repeating.
