I purchased a product from Wooden Street, and upon delivery, I discovered that the item delivered was not the one I had selected. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering Wooden Street’s assurance of product accuracy and quality.
I immediately returned the wrong product, expecting Wooden Street to deliver the correct one promptly. However, despite returning the incorrect item, the company has not delivered the right product till now, causing significant inconvenience and delay in my home setup.
