Sir,

I have purchased a toy car for my kid when the add come on my facebook page. Once I make the payment, the on screen confirmation has been seen and informed that confirmation message will be sent to my phone number. But I didnt get any acknowledgement after that. The amount deducted from the account. And i contacted via email multiple times and no responses yet. So kindly take strict action againt such fraud companies.
