On 4th January i ordered 3 phone cover from there website. I prepaid my order it costs me 398 rupees. On 15th January i got my order when i opened my parcel it was a completely different product plus it wasn't there packaging as per shown in the reels or review. Within 14 hours i complain but they are least interested in taking complain they are showing 0% response to me i m worried about i ordered because i desparately wanted it they are saying pre boxing video is compulsory but in there policy it is written that unboxing video is needed not pre boxing.
They are thinking i m scamming them but its my first order from instagram's website. If i knowed i will get scamed why would i prepay my order
Every company provides open box dilevery why not this company then
