I placed an order on TheCaseKart.in for an E-INK Cover (Lavender) specifically for iPhone 14 Pro on July 11, 2025. I received the package on time, but the product delivered was completely wrong — a case meant for OnePlus Nord 2 – 5G, which I never ordered.
I immediately tried contacting the company through the email listed on their website ([protected]@thecasekart.com), but the email address is invalid or unreachable. There is no contact number listed, and no customer care support is available. I also submitted a request via their website contact form but received no response whatsoever.
This raises a strong suspicion that TheCaseKart.in may be a fake or fraudulent website. The lack of support, invalid email, and incorrect product delivery makes it clear that this is not a genuine or customer-friendly platform.
