Thecoverzon.com — not delivering my product after payments

This is an online mobile cover shop website which had a good and reasonable cover price so i ordered two for iphone's of mine. The payment mode which was provided from them was only debit card no cod so i pre payment it. After waiting nearly half a month that deal or website person didn't make it he had replied on instagram messagner about my product that it wll be delivered within a span of time but no delivery was made nor he replied hence forth. Many mails insta msgs every day i use to send still no reply or delivery. Lastly he has blocked me.
