Ordered 6999 combo product on livis on 7-oct-2017. Payment completed as per the direction of the executive through just dial. The executive also assured me a gift. Till now neither the order nor the gift is delivered. No response from customer support even after repeated email and calls.

This appears to be a fraud organisation, with intention to cheat online customers from other leading portals like flipkart, amazon. Not sure how they got my contacts and reach me to made such transaction with false promises.
