Thedealsindia.com — reebok combo pack of 5 products of rs 4999/- along with assured gift of nikon dslr camera

Dear sir/ madam, this is very annoying to get the wrong products with wrong promises by your executives... I was promised to get combo pack consisting one sunglass; one t shirt; one bag; one pair shoes and one watch of reebok with an assured prize that is one nikon dslr camera as per my ranking and delivery pincode 249403. But, i got only four products in combo. Sunglass is not there.. Also the prize is not as promised. Prize delivered is suitlength. I made payment while talking to the executive amit thakur.. Because he said that if i would make payment while talking to him, i would surely 100 percent get nikon dslr camera. He confirmed the order id and assured that i will get nikon dslr camera... I want my sunglasses and nikon dslr camera as promised... Kindly resolve the issue.. And please don’t fool the customers with fake promises...

Refer to the above matter, i want to mention that still i have not got the sunglasses which was promised with the combo. Also the watch delivered is out of order; not in working condition. And suit length was delivered instead of promised nikon dslr camera. Now when i called your executives khushi sharma and amit thakur, they said that if you will register for gift i20 and purchase the jewellery of rs 20000/-; then only you can get your nikon dslr camera. This is very annoying and fraudulent act by your executives and company. Because this was not told at the time of purchase of rs 4999. That time they said that nikon dslr camera will be delivered along with the combo. And then again when i called your executives for return process, they are not talking properly in this regard. Not picking up the phone, neither calling back. Before placing the order, they said that if you will not be satisfied with the product, you can return the product and refund will be done... So kindly lodge my complaint for the return and refund. And in future do not fool the consumers.
