Thedealsindia.com is a BIG FRAUD shopping site. This company did fraud with me of rupees 1.75 lakhs. They did same process with me they doing from others people and said you won 32inch Panasonic LCD TV for clamming they told buy a Lotto combo for Rs.4999, but I purchase other items at same value. After paying the money that they promise me to send TV and other item in the same day. But they cheated me. After that they call me and said the new story of wining Hyundai i20 car so they not send the TV and said you pay another Rs. 20000/- for a car prize and after that they send me TV.

After this payment he call me many times every time they said for money for different types of paper works i.e. RTO charges, Documentation charges etc. But till date he not gives me single rupees and sending things which are not ordered by me. After many discussions between me and company executive Mr. Uday yadav he refused to give my money back and again said for payment to completing the all process after they refund my money and give i20 car organized big event in your city mall.

I have the voice recording between me and company executive as evidence also, I have all the receipts of payment to pay the company through sbi collect.

I request to Consumer complaints please help to solve my complaint and take strict action against this company.

Updated by kumarr8787 14 Oct' 16 thedealsindia company executive Mr. Rohit call me and told me same thing, they again demanding the money of Rs. 20000/- for completing the process of four wheeler contest prize. I request to company executive Mr. rohit to give my money back I didn't want any prize. The executive refused to return my money. I request to consumer complaint pls look this matter and help to refund by complete money.
