Thefaceshop — Mistakenly made the payment of 643 by initiating the payment myself rather than paying through their request for payment

Hi,

Let me explain the situation step by step.

1) I tried to add products in my cart on the online portal of THEFACESHOP and to checkout
2) At payment page opted for Gpay
3) When I opened GPAY I instead of paying through your request, mistakenly clicked on the Pay button as circled in the screenshot.
4) Typed 643 amount and clicked on pay
5) The transaction got approved like any other UPI payment with UPI transaction id[protected]
6) Which didn't even redirect me back to the orders page which is when I realized I made the payment in the wrong way. I should have used the same request to make the payment only then it would have redirected me back to the orders.
7) Request you to please check your bank statement. This happend becoz of my mistake but the least you can do is reverse the transaction.
