I recently purchased a new Seiko GMT Master watch from the seller. After receiving and inspecting the watch, I noticed a significant defect in the dial. The markings/strips around the numbers 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9 appear to be visibly misaligned and do not have proper alignment with the dial.
Since the watch was purchased as a new and premium product, such a visible dial alignment/printing issue is not acceptable. I believe the watch may have a manufacturing or quality-control defect.
I contacted the seller and informed them about the issue, requesting a proper inspection and resolution/replacement. However, I have not received a satisfactory resolution for the defect.
I therefore request that the concerned seller be directed to inspect the product and provide an appropriate remedy, preferably replacement of the defective watch with a new defect-free product. If replacement is not possible, I request an appropriate refund along with compensation for the inconvenience caused and any applicable costs.
I am ready to provide the purchase invoice, photographs/videos showing the defect, warranty details, and communication with the seller as supporting documents. Was this information helpful? |
