I placed an order on sep 5 2022 for 4 cushion covers and the total amount paid was Rs.300 using Gpay.. the amount got debited and credited to them successfully which was acknowledged by their team upon contacting, but order was not placed on their site and was not reflecting in my hippiesaaz account using my login.. contacted them using every possible way with all the screenshots on call, whatsapp, mail, insta dm and even comments... dint receive any reply except on whatsapp few times after which they blocked my number... When we try to communicate them over comments on their insta posts, they are deleting our comment. Its been more than 2 months neither is my money refunded by them nor the order is delivered
