Thehobbyshop.in — Product not delivered

I ordered a couple of products from www.thehoppyshop.in on 17th April 2015 and made the complete payment online, the order was placed successfully and also the placement of order was confirmed by the seller via text message bearing order no. 3803. Couple of days later the seller marked the item as shipped by didn't provide any tracking info. After constant follow up of more than 10 days with the seller for shipping details his only reply was that I could take a refund if I wanted. I asked him about the approximate time it will take to complete the order but since then he is not replying to my calls, message and emails. I have asked him countless no of times to refund my money but there is absolutely no reply from his side. The communication has been very poor since the start and now he has taken my money with no intent of shipping my order. It has been over a month now and I have not heard a word from him. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid buying anything ever from thehobbyshop.in, they are nothing but fraudsters ruining the online retail scenario in India.
