The company delivered wrong item to me on 25 March. I sent a mail to them asking for return/refund on 25 March itself as the item was not what I ordered. There was no response from them. I again followed up on 1st April but no response either.
I have been charged for an item which I did not order, and now I am not getting response from them for refund. Was this information helpful? |
