Respected Sir/Madam,
I am lodging this complaint against Themusk.in (an e-commerce company) for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
On 21st August 2025, I ordered two tops from Themusk.in and made full advance payment.
The company delivered only one top, while payment was taken for two. No prior intimation was given regarding non-availability of the second product.
On repeated follow-ups, I was informed the second top was not available. Thereafter, on 12th September 2025, I placed a replacement order.
Since then, despite repeated follow-ups (over 15 times), the company has only been giving false assurances like “you will receive it in 3–4 days.” They even falsely claimed dispatch but failed to provide any valid tracking link.
When I raised my grievance on social media, the company went to the extent of blocking me, instead of resolving the issue.
This behavior has caused me mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
