I ordered this serum on Flipkart, sold by a third party seller and it comes under the Flipkart Assurance a guarantee assuring quality. I identified the product is a counterfeit one as the dropper was loose, shaky and the consistency and the smell of the product were different from the original product I bought in London a month ago. The original product was about 6000 rupees in London and it was only for 1104 including handling fees, etc., on Flipkart which was already suspicious but I ordered it only because of the Flipkart quality assurance guarantee. I quoted this to the customer care representative Mr. Gaurav and was on call for 30 mins and they failed to give me a return and refund, wasting my energy and time when I was already sick.
