On 27th Nov 2020, I applied for two PAN CARDS for the below address & I paid the sum of amount Rs. 758/-

if it is fake Consumer forum has to take strict action for the below address.

I apply pan card on 25 May 2021 through THEPANCARD.COM DOOR NO.41, 4TH FLOOR, TOWER I SHAKTI TOWERS, #766, ANNA SALAI, CHENNAI TAMIL NADU -600002 but till today I don't receive any confirmation messages from my email to complete my application though I had already paid an amount of rs. 379

I have applied for new pan card on 25 May 2021 through THEPANCARD.COM DOOR NO.41, 4TH FLOOR, TOWER I SHAKTI TOWERS, #766, ANNA SALAI, CHENNAI TAMIL NADU -600002 but till today I don't receive any confirmation messages from my email to complete my application though I had already paid an amount of rs. 379. Is it a fraud company? If it is. Why should the google not take action against it? I have queried about my application the following massage was displayed on my E-mail Id.
