ThepanCard.com is fraudulent site for pan card related services and i realized the same post paying the fees with no acknowledgement sent to registered email id. Customer Code : A4384164 I paid Rs 379 via upi

This incident happened on 26/NOV/2021 and i am worried that they have taken all important information about my Aadhar no, mobileNO, etc.

Appreciate if legal action is taken against them including refund...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I lost my PAN Card - BKFPK1057B.

I reapplied through https://www.thepancard.com/ on 11.11.2021 and paid Rs.399/- online.

Payment was made but the transaction was incomplete.

They have not made a refund so far after contacting through their email id [protected]@thepancard.com.

Kindly help me to refund the amount from them immediately.

I had applied PAN card in this company.. and they have not received.. This company is total fraud.. Please block this site and arrest this owner....

I applied for a duplicate pan card in September and I have not yet received it. I contacted their support email id several times but no reply on my application status. I paid Amount 389 . I see several people complained the same as mine, this is a fraud company. I am very much disappointed, how this company is operating without any fear and looting people. This company must be reported for its wrong doing and shut down asap....

I paid 399 to renew my pan.ilts only need 119 to take pan. I want to refund my money ....

I wanted to apply for correction of my pan card so i went on their website they did a fraud and took my money with no receipt they took 399 rs through google pay I contacted their customer care but they aren’t responding...

I have applied for pan card though the website the pancard.com but i don't recieve any pan form this there is about 3-4 moths gone. I have also made payment for it. I also parcel the corriour to the adress given.
so plese take action on it.

I’ve applied for a new pan card on 05/11/21 but soon after realized it’s a fraudulent company. My customer code is: A4302315. I’ve tried reaching them on the customer care but no luck. Kindly refund my money that is Rs.379 which I’ve paid for a new pan card. I’m attaching my payment details as well as confirmation received by this fraudulent site. It would be really helpful for others if the ads of this company should be removed...

I will sue this company I’m an advocate if I do not receive refund of my money and it’s not even a warning I’ll definitely sue. [protected] this is my cell number and I’ll provide my bar council of India certificate also....

I had paid Rs 379.00 for my pan card application, but I haven't recieved any nor have they responded to my complaint...

I paid the application fee Rs399 fot the updation in my pancard, but did not recieve any sort of information regarding when will I be receiving my pancard.

I demand my full refund back and take legal actions against thepancard.com

On 27th Oct 2021 I made the online payment of RS 399/- to get the new PAN card.
But after the payment successfully I didn't recieve the receipt.
Then I checked but I saw so many complaints .
