My brother filled form and sent money for making my pancard...after some day one call from tamilnadu came to me speaking english only...she dont understand my lang. Or she is not at all understands what i say...its totally frustrated for me..till now they dont send my pancard or any other phone call or email...I think my money has wasted

ThepanCard.com is fraudulent site for pan card related services and i realized the same post paying the fees with no acknowledgement sent to registered email id. Customer Code : A4384164 I paid Rs 379 via upi

This incident happened on 26/NOV/2021 and i am worried that they have taken all important information about my Aadhar no, mobileNO, etc.

Appreciate if legal action is taken against them including refund and ensuring my details are destroyed by them ( and not further shared with 3rd party)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I lost my PAN Card - BKFPK1057B.

I reapplied through https://www.thepancard.com/ on 11.11.2021 and paid Rs.399/- online.

Payment was made but the transaction was incomplete.

They have not made a refund so far after contacting through their email id [protected]@thepancard.com.

Kindly help me to refund the amount from them immediately.

this side charge the 379 rupees for new pan card which is more amount and all process is manual not one line, when actual amount is 107 rupee, pls avoid this website because website because this site is thief.

normally you can make the pan card with 200 rupees in market or other site with 107 rupees.

so attention, be save

I applied for a duplicate pan card in September and I have not yet received it. I contacted their support email id several times but no reply on my application status. I paid Amount 389 . I see several people complained the same as mine, this is a fraud company. I am very much disappointed, how this company is operating without any fear and looting people. This company must be reported for its wrong doing and shut down asap.

I’ve applied for a new pan card on 05/11/21 but soon after realized it’s a fraudulent company. My customer code is: A4302315. I’ve tried reaching them on the customer care but no luck. Kindly refund my money that is Rs.379 which I’ve paid for a new pan card. I’m attaching my payment details as well as confirmation received by this fraudulent site. It would be really helpful for others if the ads of this company should be removed and strict legal actions must be taken against them.

I demand my full refund back and take legal actions against thepancard.com

Gud afternoon, Now a day before 10days I wil apply the pan card for The pan card website..I could finish all process and application will be sent to courier and pan charges will be paid .But further emergency i want immediately pan number.. suddenly i will apply NSDL pan card then it will be successful ..But your application was cancelled so I want to cancel my application (Coupon no :G[protected].And my charges will be return so we want to our help.
