Not received pan card while apply through thepancard.com

My name is Vidyamani and my Application Customer Code: A4084272. It's about 2 months to be completed and yet not received my pan Card.

Can anyone suggest to me how to take hard action against thepancard.com. In need my money back and people can aware of their irresponsible behavior and fraud.

The one of the most fraudulent company of the year. Beware of this kind of the company, They cheat their CUSTOMERs and won't make anything done, Totally ### they are, I literally want to give a big punch on the face of the company honour.

I have applied for pan card 6 months ago. They took a service charge of Rs. 379 which is high compared to nominal value. Inspite paying high fees, I am not getting proper service. Worst customer service. Never seen such an awful service anywhere. The lady who is customer support spoke to me was irritating. When I am explaining the problem from my side, she is not even ready to hear my points completely impatient. I am paying to them for service and they are dominating me and expecting me to beg to them for service. Now they are asking me to apply pan card by myself and they are not ready to refund my amount also. Horrible one. Even if you write complaint also, they won't respond immediately. They will order us to do all the work for getting pan card. I don't know how they are going to succeed by taking such cursing from customers.

I had applied to the pancard.com, a private organization issuing pancard.
The fee they charged was higher than the nominal fee.
I paid the amount 379 but the amount of generating it through nsdl was 107 rupees only.
I had made the payment because i thought if they are not providing the pancard a refund will be provided but for any mistaken application they are not issuing the refund to me.
I had not proceeded my application form (Hard copy) because of the trust issues on the site. They are saying to post it to due to which i had to make more investment in getting my pancard and they had not provided me the epan which is highly needed for the application number.

Reviews i am getting are very disappointing. The organization also had some blames of generating the wrong details on the pancards and due to which customers get many problems, they hold the process for correction for 2-3 months which was highly disappointing.

I want to proceed the pancard application on original nominal price i.e 107 which is on nsdl.
None of the site charges convenience fees greater than the fee (230 rs they are charging) of making it.
So kindly get me a refund urgently for this mistaken application.
A person has full rights to get his/her refund if application is not proceeded by him/her and if he/she had made complaint regarding that in the organization within the given time period. Please get me the refund as soon as possible

On sep 29th, 2021 I have checked my account balance as 56 rupees after a I have checked again it shows 0 rupees but I haven't got any messages regarding the transaction. Then I got an is pancard is hacked. Can you check and resolve if there is any problem and can reply this complaint please sir this my kind request.

I'm informing all the internet users don't visit www.thepancard.com site it is totally fraud and fake company they are cheater. They only grabbing money from customers and then disappear they don't have any contacts. I'm requesting all people to share this message on social media like fb, Instagram, twitter, whatsapp, etc so that everyone get well known about this fraud site and may be government will take strict action against this fraud site operating company.

I was looking for online pan card application and came through pancard.com thinking its the official website. the paid 379 rupess while the actual price for pan card is half of what i paid. My Customer code number is A3968790. I was looking for cancellation of my application but the site does not allow cancellation and later i read reviews stating its a fraud. I want my refund.

I had applied for pan card correction through this website and after payment, there is no response from this company and website crashes while checking the application status. This is a fraud company, please take action against the same.

I have made payment of Rs.399/- for change in name in PAN Card. I haven’t received any mail or message from them about further process or anything. Kindly let know will I get refund or no ? Or should I complain in cyber crime ? Kindly update on the same.

Its been 2 months since I paid for the service and till date no update from their end, i managed to dig out their phone number which is +[protected] and they either say its in process or dont answer at all, its annoying and tiring at the same time

They are big fraudsters. They have paid some agency to ensure that their names appears in top of Google search. Forget taking very high fees which customer won’t mind if getting proper service, they don’t even send acknowledgment of transaction and don’t give you any login id. This you will realise after reviewing the submitted form and paying the fees a mistake which you are sure, you haven’t done, still it has appeared. Now the fraud begins. With no log in id you cannot even amend and with no acknowledgment received from them you have been made fool out of yourself
