On 11 April 2021. I paid 379...for new pancard .. please refund my money...

Https://www.thepancard.com is a fraud. Lost 379 Rs for PAN card application to this fraud website....

Validation completed on 17th MARCH but pan card still not received after 30 days, payment already done, why so delay?? even not getting a response on customer support.
when will I get my pan card?

Have made the necessary payment of Rs.399/- and sent the documents. I have also received the acknowledgement of the payment and message that the validation of the submitted application and documents had been done by 18th of March.

However, even after a month I am waiting for the coupon number which was to be received after their submission.

How many days more after the coupon number is...

My pan card havent come yet its fraud site please return my money...

I got my PAN card name correction done in three weeks time. Seeing the reviews about them, I went to their office and checked. The office persons were very courteous and clarified all my doubts. I am totally satisfied with the company and their performance. I will definitely recommend to anyone to go for their services....

Validation completed on 25th feb but pan card still not received after 45 days, payment already done, why so delay?? even not getting response on customer support.

I had fill 5 individual new pan card application form for 1 month before for my family member and send through courier on these address, payment also done by netbenking. but till date no e- token given. please do necessary action on theme.

I have applied for a new pan card on 9/3/2021 and paid an amount of 379₹. As per their procesure i have sent the printout copy, photo, documents to thier address..its been one month but no response from their part and while checking status its showing validation completed..

Its not about money but i have sent my documents, if they are not providing a pan card they should return my documents which are highly confidential..br...

I have applied for a new PAN card through https://www.thepancard.com made by Samanta Communications Pvt Ltd, chennai. I had fill up a form made by company website and paid an amount of 349/- through net banking. As soon as I completed the payment, the website page was no more and amouut deducted from my account. I have got no receipt or anything else.
I think I am a victim of a fraud.

I paid for PAN correction. Fees to thepan.com on 31 March. Till date no response received or i was able to upload my documents....

Its been four months since I haven't received my pancard. I had sent the required documents via speed post in the month of Dec 2020 and still my request is not processed.

I applied for change in address in PAN card on 03/03/202. They allotted me customer code A3542645 and collected Rs.401/- via online payment. More than a month has passed but I have not received new pan card. When trying to message on their online portal, the following auto reply reflect in the portal.

I mailed on their email ID but they still not gave any response....

Tried to reach there help desk but as no contact no is available in site. I texted the message in the customer support provided in the website but no response till yet....

I have applied for pan card on thepancard.com but since 26th march they are saying my pan card formation is in under process i tried to contact them finally when will the validiation process will end there has been no reply from that side they have also taken approx 350 rupees from me i have hugely disappointed by their [censored]s!...

It's been a month since we applied for the pan card there is no response, when we checked realised that it is a scam, as we have given them personal details which poses a lot of risk l request you to do something about it so that the information is not misused by them & save others & not let it exist anymore...

Company charged 399 rs. From my account for new pancard.eventhough the process was not completed and no email was send to me....
