Thepancard.com/ — No response on the application ,sounds like fake

I paid Rs 379 and submitted online application and couriered all the docs to them on Jan 16th. There is absolutely no response from them for a month, after follow up i got a message sayng there is error in the application, but again after that no response. Looks like fake, their phone number also doesn't work.
