There Is No Menu Item For This User — There Is No Menu Item For This User Login issue

I forgot my password in TN velaivaipu portal. So I trying to change my password but I can't able to change my password in this portal. It shows technical errors [There is no menu for this user] and [LoginDAO] : [updateResetPasswordData] : [SQL Exception]. Please solve this issue as soon as possible
