We ordered lehengas worth rs549 (order no Order #92025] (February 17, 2019)) from the site called theshinningindia.com. The site provides a contact number which is not available now. The clothes were told to be on sale.No cash on delivery available, only prepaid options available. After paying, an email was received that told that our payment was successful. No news of the products now. It's fraud. Please please try to resolve this and take action.

I ordered items worth Rs. 2306 on feb11. But till date no response from their site. I emailed them also about my order and still no response. Their phone number is also not working.

We ordered 2 western dresses worth RS 768/- (order no Order No. 72229) (February 10, 2019)) from the site called theshinningindia.com. The site provides a contact number [protected] which is not available now (It's Switched off from 22 Feb, 2019). They told me your order will be reached 23, feb, 2019 but But till date no response from their site. I emailed them also about my order and still no response. No cash on delivery available, only prepaid options available. After paying, an email was received that told that our payment was successful. No news of the products now. It's fraud.

I ordered a palazo set on 10th Feb. Ihaven't received my order till now. They asked me to pay thru debit card and I did. I sent them many emails but no response. The number which they gave is also not working. Pls take strict action against them and see that my amount is refunded.
I ordered designer gown worth Rs 475 order no. 89317 dated feb 16 2019 from the site called theshiningindia.com. The company phone is always switch off. No information from the site. It is a fraud company. Please resolve and take strict action.
