Theshoppingbazar — dress

I ordered a dress from theshoppingbazar on 30 august'19 and was given the delivery date of 17 september'19.
It is already paid and it didnt allow cash on delivery option.
Now when i want to contact them about my delivery date and tracking number they are not responding. The contact number provided is [protected] which is alway switched off.
I applied for refund but i have gotten no reply. My order no is 40253
Please help in getting my refund..
