I have ordered 2 dresses from http://theshoppingbazar.in/ costing 645 rupees on 26th August and didn't get the order until now. There was no COD hence I paid the money. The contact number provided is switched off and there is no reply to the email I sent. Please let me know how to proceed on this to get the money refunded.I want to complaint on consumer court.
