I ordered 2 dresses from http://theshoppingbazar.in. There is no COD available I pay I advance. next day I receive a confirmation call but when I asked for Tracking id they just cut the call. I ordered on 23 aug 2019, till now I did not receive any dress. Now the number is switch off and website also not working

Help me out to take my money back from these fraudies.
