Theshoppingbazar — order delivery never happened, website is fraud most probably | |
The payment is done already. Have been trying to call, the phone's switched off. Email has been sent. They are not reverting. I need my delivery as it was for my birthday or i want the refund asap. My order is 12925. The site was on instagram named "theshoppingbazaar". Some of the sites on google say it's a scam, that it never existed. I have got their email and a phone number which is switched off. I hope to get some help with you. Was this information helpful? | |

I can't believe how Facebook and Instagram are providing platform to such FRAUDULENT websites.. THIS WEBSITE is an absolute ###.. They are cons and making fool of innocent people. I hope a strict action would be taken against such ###.

I have placed an order too on 28th August . And payment too done, after placing an order I have received a call that my order will get delivered by 14th September. Now on website there is no contact no provided, and when we applying in email no response . I need my refund back for the order placed .

Same here. Order number 15133, order placed on 19th Aug. Still not delivered. Does anybody have customer care number? The one which I have is always switched off. I want my refund back.
I order 2 products on 23rd august and still not received the package .The contact number is switched off and they are not replying in email

Moreover if you give them any reviews, the reviews are not shown ..they are not displaying it
I ordered 3 items order no #36289 on 28th aug'19. I got a confirmation call and message that I will receive my order on 14th Sep'19 but I still haven't received it. On the website my order still shows processing. I have tried calling the number sent in the message but it's switched off and sent emails as well but no reply. When I tried for a refund on the website they are asking for bank account details which seems very fishy..Fraud website don't know how Facebook is allowing such ads without authentication.

Facing the same issue. The shopping bazar has cut off all communications. I also ordered from there in August and I haven't received my products. They said it will reach on 17th of September.
I placed an order on theshoppingbazar.in on 31st of august #order id is 42686.
They have sent a message that the order is placed and you will be receiving it in 15th day ie by 15th of september.
Not yet received, no response from customer care as well.
It is definitely a scam and facebook and Instagram should verify such website before advertising it.
Posting this review so that other people should not waste their money and time on this shopping website.

Whomsoever is facing the issue with theshoppingbazar.in website. Please follow the below steps and claim the refund. In my case, I have ordered Rs1000 clothes but didn't get the product nor the money from the website. So, I followed the below steps and got the refund yesterday. So, thought to share it with you all. In case of any concerns, you can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com
Steps are:
1) Check the email what you received after placing the order. Most probably subject line is "Payment successful for ManMohit"
2) Copy the Payment id line. For example Payment Idpay_D9Snt7yXXXXXX
3) File a complaint at Razorpay website https://razorpay.com/support/#request as their payment gateway is Razorpay.
4) Use the option "Not a client/customer" and write your complaint with mentioning payment id.
5) Razor pay team is very active, they will contact you and sort out the issue. They asked me to wait for 7-8 days but I got the refund within 3 days.

Where to find the PAYMENT ID? they havent sent me a mail!! :(
There is no payment link given in the mail i received. Is their any other solution to get payment link.
