Theshoppingbazar — order not received

I ordered on 27 august 2010 where my order no. Is 33040 they said your order will be delivered within 10 days and yet not received my order.
As i mailed and called them no response is getting.
Mobile no. Which is given via sms is currently switched off.
Please take some action towards these fake online store nd give my money back as soon as possible.
