Theshoppingbazar.in — money taken,order not delivered

I ordered on online website theshoppingbazar.in on 26 august 2019. Since they do not accept COD i made the payment in advance. my order number is 29402. Then i got a mail for order received and a call from number [protected], they said that the order shall be delivered in13-15days. it was to be dispatched from Gujrat. Till now i have no information of my order and on website it shows "Processing". The mobile number is switched off. Please tell me if some body has any experience of this website and got the delivery. I think my money is wasted. Pls do something

Updated by Shwetasangari Earlier i was able to login and see my order status. but they have changed the website . the new website is by the name of lady choice. My existing user ID and password is not valid for this new website. And as usual, the number is switched off.
Please help me getting my money back . Screen shot attached for website address showing in the name of theshoppingbazar.in and page opening in the name of lady choice
