[Resolved] Thestar-tech — They asked me penalty 7800rs pay or else take legal action | |||||
This company called Thestar- Tech offered me a job which a part time job for data entry. The one I received was resume submission. They asked my adha card, signature and photo stating if you get terminated you will pay 7800 rupees. I didn't do anything, I start my work. and day after my account was blocked .The informant told me to only begin on the day he not response correctly and my account was now terminated and few days after i have an mail to advocate associate.and i contact that company lawyer says now you will have to pay 7800 as per the contract.and 3 hours later then called me that lawyer told 18000rs pay and then withdraw all legal case.i have an sms case registered in vapi civil court. please help me took action and I am very scared. Sep 1, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They are taunting me to pay the amount of 7, 800 and since I wanted to solve the issue I requested to revoke the complain as I'm willing to work but they didn't accept and kept increasing the amount as much as the second time called person ( so said company advocate) asked me 18000 ( 7800 to company+10200 for himself). Since then I stopped calling them as they would increase the amount again. The only steps taken by the company to solve the issue is by asking money to me.
