Hello team,
I had ordered the kw8x model from the website, but i have received an entirely different model which is not even listed among the product list.
The delivered product seems a cheap made one, and when i tried to contact the customer care during their business hours the number is switched off.

Require a replacement, a compensation and also would like to file a complaint regarding the lethargic and non responsive behaviour of the team.
