This email is being sent as a final notice regarding Membership ID: 10138, registered in the name of Mr. Yuvraj Baligar.
Despite receiving your welcome letter confirming the membership, payment of ₹46, 000, and benefits valid until July 2028, we have not received any support or response from your team. Multiple calls made to your official contact number (+91 [protected]) over several days have gone unanswered.
Due to this complete lack of communication and failure to provide services promised at the time of enrollment, we consider this a clear case of non-service after full payment.
Therefore, we hereby demand the following:
Immediate cancellation of the membership, and
Full refund of the paid amount (₹46, 000 / approx. ₹50, 000) within 48 hours of receiving this email.
If we do not receive a satisfactory response or refund within the above timeframe, please note that we will proceed with:
Filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Escalating the matter by sharing our experience on public platforms and social media to create awareness about the non-responsiveness and non-fulfillment of services
This situation has caused us mental stress and inconvenience, and we expect your immediate action to resolve this matter amicably.
We strongly urge you to treat this as urgent and respond without further delay.
