After your such venomous post here everyone can definitely sight and analyze the type of personality you are.
Well, thank you for showing your true colors in public place. I do not need to explain more about you.
All the above allegations are baseless and do not hold true in any sense. You are trying to bully me and malign my image.

As per your request let me make things public with utmost clarity on the facts:

- i was working in your organization for 3 months, being an employee i knew my duties very well and i always adhered to the bylaws of an organization.

- i was assigned a position of ios developer.

- i was made to work on a business project for 3 months.

- as per my offer letter, my salary would ideally have been credited by 10th of every month. But from the onset, the salary was never credited to my account on the said timelines.

- i was handed over a cheque as my ist month salary, to my bad luck it got bounced.

- i kept patience thinking to resolve the matter with hr, and i was told that due to financial issues with the bank, they will process my ist salary in some time.

- but the reality was that the cheque was canceled by the company itself (I have a proof of the same from the bank). There i started to wonder that something is not right.

- despite this, i kept working for the second month, with all dedication and all humbleness.

- the salary for the ist month did not get credited in my account till the 10th of 2nd month,

- with a lot of requests to hr, i received an amount of 16k in my account which is a part of my salary not the full amount of my salary on the 20th of the second month.

- then i got more suspicious about the company and decided to part ways giving an official notice period, i never argued or indulged in anything that was against the bylaws of the company.

- i gave the resignation notice via mail to the hr stating that i will be serving the complete notice period as per company laws.

- in the course of these events, it was the third month and i had not received the salary for the second month nor the part of salary of ist month.

- i requested my hr to release some payment in my favor since i had some personal issues and i was short of money.

- i was given 5k on that request and i was asked that everything will be cleared in full and final settlement.
I. E: part of ist month salary + second-month salary + 3rd-month salary, to which i said its fine.

- it must be noted that no misbehavior, no misconduct from my end was observed as i was following the bylaws of the organization.

- i completed my notice period with harmony and utmost professionalism. I asked the concerned hr for the settlement and other related documents as that's the norm.

- on 6th october 2018 (My official last working day) instead of providing the settlement and other related documents, the stakeholders of the company denied the same.

- on 11th i went to the company office to resolve the matter and i was handed over the full and final settlement document and received 2 cheques

- ist cheque: rs 8710: dated 11/oct/2018 ;
- 2nd cheque rs 31452 / dated: 5/12/2018.

Also, the company forced me to work a full day for releasing an app, i had no other option but to work, as the concerned personnel threatened to stop my settlement in case i don't agree.

- on 12th october, the concerned personnel appreciated for my work for releasing the app in spite of not being on the company payroll officially for which i have attached a screenshot below.

None of the cheques got credited as the cheques were stopped by the company (I have the proof from the bank for the same) and the cheques got bounced. The screenshots are attached below.

I was in a pure ordeal and with such dejection, i mailed about the concern and i was told to wait, i had no option but to wait. But till this point in time, i have not received a single rupee out of my final settlement.

- to get my right, i started calling to hr as well as to the ceo of the company but, the irony is that they blocked my numbers and started replying me via whatsapp and the text always read like "we are having a financial crisis and wait till the crisis is over and often said that they will credit my amount today, tomorrow."

- they always made a scapegoat of me with never-ending series of false promises as thus delaying the reimbursement.

- in order to further delay the matter, sometimes they claimed that they have sent the settlement using neft and i was fooled to wait and check till evening or next day and sometimes they even claimed to have sent the reimbursement using gpay, or paytm. All of those practices were bogus and to my knowledge, that shows how unprofessional the company personnel behaved.

- at this point in time, it was very clear that the company personnel are playing delay games with me and they have no intention to give me my right, i. E my hard earned money.

I am attaching the settlement paper, the bounce checks and some screenshots of whatsapp which is proof of the above point which i made in public.

Now, i am requesting to the forum please take a serious note of it and do needful.
