We bought subscriptions for 3 years of Neo classes in Byjus in the month of August 2022, we paid 5000 as initial amount and took loan for 70, 000 from IIFL we cancelled our subscription for financial reason on Mar 2023, classes has been stoped but ECS remains same they were claiming monthly twice so far my account went for minus pay rupees of 9800 customer care said they cancelled the loan but why they were claiming the amount monthly twice. I asked proof for cancellation my loan and ECS but they were asking for 3-5 working days . I raised complaint regarding NOC form the month of AUG 23, So far no response from their end.
