We have balance in our fast tag but still amount not deducted by toll plaza, stating amount not in vehicle number.

They are not allowing to trans pass anymore without changing to vehicle number but we have already raised the request to change to vehicle number to SBI fast tag but still in waiting for approval status.

Staff behavior was rude and not giving respect to the customer.

Kindly take necessary action against toll booth.
