Thiruverkadu Municipality — not getting activation code

To login to https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in to pay property tax, i forgot my password and tried to use the forgot password. Screen shows that activation code sent but not received. Then i tried to create new registration. Even for this process, activation code is not received; but message only comes that activation code sent.

Please re-solve this for me to pay the property tax.
