Thiruverkadu Municipality — stray dogs issue

In kamatchipuram 3rd street, thiruverkadu, in a small street, there are around 6 stray dogs which keeps barking all day and chases anyone who comes through the street including post man, couriers etc. We have already made a oral complaint in the thiruverkadu municipality office but as usual they arent taking any actions. There is one particular house who feeds all these dogs and these dogs are breeding also.
