Hi everyone I bought Thompson 9A android tv 32 inch from Flipkart delivered on 5 may is now in not working condition due to pcb issues. Jeeves service centre engineer visited and ordered pcb and when after a about 15 days they came to install it was a wrong and damaged part received. Please note engineer showed me many complaints having same issue so it's a trick of Thompson to waste warranty period.
Then again it is ordered on 2nd Aug and as per Thompson care it was to be installed in a week but it's 10th Aug already and no positive response from Thompson care. Also the care executives do not commit anything at all even they tell you fake timelines. Be prepared for the worst if you are buying Thompson 9A series android tv.
