[Resolved]  Thoumuz Enterprises — Refund Not Received

I placed an order of two Bean Bags (Rs. 3598 payment made through credit card) with Thoumuz Bean Bags on 4th March'14. They did not deliver the product for more then a month, and after calling continuously they finally told me that they have to cancel the order. I continuously called them asking for my refund to which they kept on saying that they will do it the next day. Till now, I have not received my refund and I am not able to contact them either.
