Ticket New — Online booked movie ticket blance dedcted but refund not recieved

please help my complaints against Ticket New i had online booked 4 Ticket of Dangal Movie through credit card.my ticket not booked but my balanced deducted from my A/c, I had complaints in customer care and also put the mail
for refund my money, According their customer care officer refund will be automatic through getaway with in 3 to 10 working hours but after passing 15 days my refund not received . and the customer care officer not given the satisfied answer, i have many time call to customer care but the officer given the different-2 statement. i had already send the many reminder through mail but they give me same answer your refund will be process next 3 to 10 working days, while 15 days passing but still not process the refund so request to you please arrange to refund this company, their customer care number and contact no -044 – 42454444 / 45 OR Email us to [protected]@ticketnew.com,
