I have given my Samsung TV for audio problem. One Mr.Hari visited our residence and without even checking the condition of TV he said there is a fault in the mother board and took our TV. He charged Rs.4700/- and returned our TV next day stating that the mother board is changed. But within 1 week I got the same problem my audio did not work. I asked some other technician to come and check today. He said mother board is not changed it is the same old one. I have been calling Hari for last 2days but he is not responding.

I had booked a call for repair of Split type AC for my house. Unfortunately, one-man Mr. Pugal from Tickmyapps came to my house and said that Outdoor fan motor need to be changed. He took the old one for as a sample to buy new fan motor. He promised to replace in one or two days. But he procrastinated his work for four days. One fifth day, he had not picked up my calls nor responded to my WhatsApp messages. Then somehow, I got connected to Mr Prakash, manager, who gave contact number of Mr.Janakiraman for further course of action. Same trend went on, viz Procrastinations, then lastly on 6th day, I called Mr.Janakiraman and informed that this matter will be taken to Police personal. Even then his response was so poor that he asked me to give police complaint. Such irresponsible reply and he don't have fear for his recklessness nor about police complaint. Finally, on eigth day Mr Pugal returned the motor fortunately

This is a horrible experience for me from them (Tickmyapps) never in my life till now
