Tidlon — Wrong product sent and no response

It's a FAKE website. I am an avid perfume collector and I buy mostly from a trsuted website Friday Charms. But recently I ordered a Ferrari Oud Essence, because it has not been available in most of the places. I chose COD coz I did not want a situation where I would not receive the package altogether. However, since the delivery person did not allow me to open the package before payment, I had to give the money before actually oening the package and getting the shock. First, it was a tester box, not the real packaging. I would have still been okay with it but when I opened the box it wasnt the perfume I ordered, it had Ferrari Black, which of course I dont want. I have been writing emails, coz there is no other way to reach out to them. And I havent received any reply even after 3 emails in the past 1 week. Please avoid it and kindly suggest me if there is a way to retrieve my money in this case.
