Tietoevry — complaints against a recruiter

Hi all,

This is to highlight few things about tietoevery in pune india.

I have come across worst experience in my career. Hence i am sharing it with all.

I was interviewed by 1 technical person in the month of november 2019 from tietoevery pune. And i was selected for 2nd round.

I got another call from hr (I can reveal the name when the company is interested in doing investigation) for interview scheduling date and we agreed to a date and it was schedule in tieto's office in pune. Unfortunately i had to run to my current office due to a hight impactful escalation with some more colleagues of mine. I expressed my concern and the reason of not being able to attend the interview.in the morning through email and then i came to know from my friend who referred me that "she is not interested for the position.. That's y she didn't came"... Alas!

A few days back, i got to know from my friend there are few openings for my position and i showed my interest for the position. This thursday i got a call from another hr and she scheduled my interview on friday. Witthin 30 mins i got ta call from the previous hr (Against whom i have concern) quarelling..

. How come you are again trying to join this company?
. He started calling me unproffesionaland a waste of time and threatened me that he would never proccess my cv and disconnected the call

I called my friend to understand the situtation of what has happened and came to know, he provided a negative feedback about me just to stop my cv getting proccessed saying - "she has got attitude problem"
And within sometimes he made my interview cancelled

I wanted to work with tietoevery as i found the job role exciting and good feedback from my colleagues who joined this company. But tietoe (Pune) guy had changed my opinion. I was very much upset. Now i think i had also made a mistake as i was little less prepared for such a big insult and audacity

Just wanted to understand about few recruites who are there in this company who misbehaves with people and showcases their unprofessionalism

Company should take care of people like this or it will create a bad name for the company as no one will ever want to join a company who has no proper hr system
